📋 Description

• Provide HR leadership to PDESS teams across Outreach.
• Advise C-suite on org design and talent strategy.
• Lead a distributed team of two Senior People Business Partners.
• Partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisitions, and Compensation.
• Scale HR practices across time zones and cultures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR/People, with HRBP experience for technical orgs.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders (VP+).
• Strong coaching, data-driven decision making, and change management.
• Experience managing two Senior People Partners across Prague and Hyderabad.
• Must be able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
