• Manage store team and overall store success
• Drive sales goals via training and example
• Maintain product knowledge and client information
• Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns, special orders
• Assign tasks and lead by example to the team
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years sales management in retail
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS
• Self-starter with commitment to excellent service
• Interest in riding culture a plus
• Customer-focused with strong communication
