• Drive KPI performance, bids, net sold and product adoption
• Manage attendance, wellbeing and team motivation
• Coach and develop team through 1-2-1s and development plans
• Use data dashboards to manage performance and trends

• Proven people management in a sales or account role
• Strong coaching ethos to develop people
• Comfort with data-driven decisions
• High energy in a busy, contact-heavy environment
• Leads by example with clear communication
• Experience in dealer/automotive marketplace is a bonus
