📋 Description
- Lead the Workforce CS organization to drive long-term retention and growth.
- Provide weekly reports to executives on Workforce KPIs and initiatives.
- Align with Sales, Product, and Dev on strategic priorities.
- Oversee onboarding, support, adoption, and Payroll Operations teams.
- Mentor leaders and elevate capabilities within the team.
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration (Product, Dev, Finance, Sales, Marketing).
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading a CS org in software, with targets exceeded.
- Deep Payroll/Workforce industry knowledge.
- 7-10 years supporting customers on a SAAS payroll platform.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and drive solutions.
- Strong organization and time-management; independent work style.
- Travel up to 10%.
