📋 Description

• Support day-to-day AVD operations and core processes
• Help build playbooks and update workflows
• Assist with error handling and reconciliation
• Support client teams with subsidies and payouts questions
• Identify improvements to reduce manual work
• Work on a regulated financial product in a growing environment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1+) and comfortable in English
• Student in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field
• Structured, precise, detail-oriented
• Curious about regulatory processes and willing to read regulations
• Comfortable with ambiguity and asking good questions
• Proficient with spreadsheets; experience in financial services is a bonus
