Client Experience Intern for AVD (Altersvorsorgedepot) (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Support clients: answer end-user questions about subsidies, transfers, payouts; translate
• Support day-to-day AVD operations: run core processes like contract registration with ZfA
• Build playbooks: document workflows, guides and error catalogues; keep them current as rules evolve.
• Support error handling and reconciliation: analyze recurring ZfA issues, ensure payments/records
• Spot improvements: propose automation and process improvements based on observed inefficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1+) and comfortable working in English (hard requirement).
• Structured, precise, detail-oriented with a track record of accuracy.
• Curious about rules; able to read regulations and understand processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; ability to ask good questions.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and AI tooling; prior experience in financial services or regulated
• Available for a minimum of 6 months and based in Berlin.
