Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for multiple cannabis gardens
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, trimming
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production area
• Monitor plant health and maintain production/quality control per Cresco Labs standards
• Record and track plant and lot information, ensure accurate documentation
• Support Cultivation Manager with routine tasks and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably regulated field for human consumption
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work indoors and in greenhouse climates
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to work around plant material with potential pollen/dust exposure
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks; lift up to 50 lbs
