📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guidance in-store, using omni experience where available
• Engage with customers about fashion trends and product knowledge
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets with store team
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house; support garment care and presentation
• Assist with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and in-store tech services/tools

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Communicative, creative, flexible, and team-oriented
• Sales experience in fashion/retail or similar service industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
