📋 Description

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies for high-volume
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent using outbound
• Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with
• Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide TAM insights, inform
• Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for
• Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
• Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent
