📋 Description
- Manage field tools across Psych and Migraine franchises (iRep, Sypher, CURO, GenAIsys, IC Universe
- Resolve production issues with data investigations and governance
- Lead new functionality launches, enhancements, and requirements gathering
- Coordinate UAT, training, and user guides
- Collaborate with Center function/Technology to deliver reporting tools
- Own KPI library, definitions, data sources, and data consistency
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS or Business degree required
- 5+ years in Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, or Life Sciences related areas
- 2-3 years of APEX/MABI or Data Science experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; coding experience preferred (SAS, SQL, R, Python)
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and field sales understanding preferred
