📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting at Rowan, including posting and refreshing job listings, tracking
• Review applications, conduct initial video interviews, assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines by market.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify talent needs and inform recruiting strategies.
• Serve as a primary recruiter for Rowan Nurses, supporting new studio openings and staffing needs
• Develop sourcing strategies focused on hard-to-fill roles and challenging markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in managing all phases of recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior high-volume nurse recruitment experience preferred.
• Track record of building a talent pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative; strong time management to meet deadlines.
