• Navigate multi-country employment environments and cultures
• Balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution
• Build plays and practices for scalable People programs
• Drive talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Collaborate across legal, finance, IT and regional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Significant HRBP experience in multi-country EU/Middle East
• Broad knowledge of European and ME employment practices
• Experience supporting Sales, G&A and technical functions
• Strong grounding in performance management and employee relations
• Builder mentality in evolving orgs (0→1 or 1→2)
• Exceptional execution and cross-functional collaboration
