Adult Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN (AM & PM Shifts)

📋 Description

• You will provide in-home nursing care for a 69-year-old female client in Kalamazoo, MI.
• Assist with tracheostomy care, suctioning, and respiratory support as needed.
• Support with ADLs, safety, and fall prevention in a home health setting.
• Collaborate with a Nurse and Home Health Aide on every shift for coverage.
• Flexible day and night shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM; 6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

🎯 Requirements

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license.
• Tracheostomy care and respiratory support experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based home health environment.
• Positive attitude and compassionate team player.
• Willingness to participate in virtual onboarding and ongoing training.
