- Architect job architecture, leveling, and career ladders at Box
- Partner with leaders and People Partners to drive adoption
- Analyze organizational data to identify opportunities
- Define how AI reshapes expertise and roles across levels
- Collaborate with internal teams (Comp, Legal, HR) on new structures
- Own additional talent and org development programs from design to rollout
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in organizational development, talent mgmt, job architecture, or consulting
- Built job architecture or career frameworks at scale
- Ability read data and form defensible recommendations
- Strong rigor in structural thinking; knowledge of org design
- Creative, product-minded; built new frameworks from scratch
- Comfortable in fast-moving, action-biased environment
