Store Manager

📋 Description

• Manage store team and operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Partner with Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge; educate customers on features/benefits.
• Schedule staff, track performance metrics/standards, assign tasks.
• Lead merchandising per MAPP; keep store clean, stocked, organized.
• Recruit in-store and local community with Talent Acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service in a specialty retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team that delivers results.
• Experience with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Self-starter delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest strongly desired but not required.
