Principal Business Analyst - Business Operations

📋 Description

• Lead CPQ, QTC and AI-enabled Revenue Ops transformation.
• Design scalable CPQ processes, improve quote accuracy, reduce manual workarounds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Product, Billing, Success, and Tech.
• Define future CPQ and QTC roadmap across renewals, co-terming, ramp deals, partner deals.
• Own business processes and data flow across multiple functions.
• Define controls for approvals, legacy SKU usage, and billing handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst, Revenue Ops Analyst, CPQ Analyst, or similar.
• 5+ years supporting CPQ or complex QTC processes.
• Strong SaaS revenue concepts: ARR, ACV, TCV, MRR, churn, NRR, GRR.
• Working knowledge of CPQ rules, price rules, bundles, quotes, approvals, and discounts.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, Jira stories, UAT plans, and release readiness.
• Analyze revenue data issues across CPQ, CRM, forecasting, billing, and lifecycle processes.
