Bid Manager 6-Month Contract

📋 Description

• Manage bid process from RFx receipt to submission for AGS MSP and services procurement
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Solutions, and Finance across regions
• Write proposals and related documentation; shape win themes with cross‑functional teams
• Build and edit pitch decks from proposal content and requirements
• Ensure client‑facing output aligns with brand and quality standards
• Document bid activity in Salesforce and manage document production

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience coordinating input from stakeholders at all levels
• MS Word and PowerPoint proficiency; Excel competency
• Experience with proposal automation software a plus (e.g., Loopio)
