📋 Description

• Lead fulfillment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; mentor ATS team.
• Act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI attainment.
• Aim to mitigate risks and provide consultative solutions.
• Coach candidates and manage candidate communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience with behavioral interviews and MSAs/SOWs.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance; MS Office proficiency.
• ATS experience; strong client communications; degree preferred.
