• Lead commercial transactions end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• JD and bar admission (US)
• 5+ years in legal roles with tech focus
• Proven track record in negotiations and complex deals
• Privacy knowledge incl. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA
• Contracting processes and templates experience
• Strong communication for non-legal stakeholders
