📋 Description

• Own the design, development, and facilitation of high-quality learning programs for people managers.
• Lead manager foundations, feedback/coaching, team effectiveness, and leadership essentials.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align programs with needs and outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, from core curriculum to impact measurement.
• Collaborate across a lean L&D team, stepping in where needed to deliver results.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR field.
• Strong experience designing and delivering management/leadership development.
• Proven facilitation skills for diverse audiences; strong executive presence.
• Ability to build programs across formats: in-person, virtual, blended, cohort-based.
• Strategic partnering with HR and business leaders; data-driven program optimization.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
