• Own AMS benefits operations end-to-end
• Interface with Benefits COE, Payroll, HRIS, Legal
• Lead AMS LOA lifecycle with vendors
• Manage benefits team and vendor SLAs
• Drive automation using AI-native tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years benefits/LOA experience
• 3+ years in direct people management
• Strong US health and welfare benefits knowledge
• Experience building scalable benefits ops
• Fluent with TPA and carrier relationships
