📋 Description

• Prepare and serve all food, beverages, including specialty coffees, cocktails, wine, and
• Assist members with ordering needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of all offerings, allergens, and presentation.
• Conduct inventory of bar and kitchen supplies; track stock levels.
• Update POS systems with menu changes and reports; track costs and waste.
• Collaborate with Clubhouse Manager on purchasing and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of standard culinary techniques and protocols.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and profit and loss analysis.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; adaptable startup mindset.
• Food Safety Certified; able to work flexible schedule including days and nights.
