- Architect scalable talent strategies, career frameworks, and partner with executive leadership

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 8+ years in HR, Talent Management, or Career Counseling in a consulting or professional services
- 3+ years direct people management experience leading HR or career management professionals.
- Experience designing and executing Technical Consulting Frameworks and global performance programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership to drive talent retention and capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing global talent processes in matrixed teams.
