📋 Description

• Build and lead a network of independent sales consultants in France
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and support 20–30 consultants
• Operate in a dedicated team-support capacity, not closing deals personally

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales channel management or similar
• Experience recruiting and managing networks of contractors
• Interest in fintech, payments, and POS systems
• Experience with performance-based sales models and pipelines
