Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead day-to-day execution of assigned Talent Programs
- Coordinate workstreams across TA, PM, Capabilities, and L&D
- Partner with leaders and People team for aligned outcomes
- Leverage AI and tools to improve program outcomes
- Travel 1-2 times per year for team meetings
- Hybrid in-office Tuesdays/Wednesdays for collaboration
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, business, or related field
- 2 to 6 years coordinating programs or HR ops
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI-forward ways of working a plus
