Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead preparation of external financial reporting and SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Proxy).
• Manage quarterly reporting, PBC requests, and audit reviews with auditors and disclosure committees.
• Prepare/review quarterly statements and EPS calculations; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee equity accounting: stock-based compensation and related reconciliations.
• Develop technical accounting memos; monitor changes in standards and their impact.
• Identify automation opportunities for financial reporting and internal controls improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in finance/accounting; CPA preferred.
• 6-8 years in financial reporting/technical accounting in Tech or public firm.
• Experience with ASC 718 equity accounting; prior use of E*TRADE Equity Edge Online a plus.
• Strong analytical and written communication; proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with NetSuite; familiarity with automation/AI tools is a plus (Claude, Alteryx, Domo
