📋 Description

• Join Carta’s Funds team in LP Transfers, handling end-to-end transfer workflows for LP interests.
• Mentor paralegals and junior lawyers, manage client relationships, and coordinate with

• Serve as primary contact for clients, maintain deal momentum, and contribute to new client pitches.

• Experienced in funds law with LP transfers, closed-ended funds, or private markets.
• Client-focused, commercially minded, and able to communicate under pressure.
• Natural leader with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
• Detail-driven, execution-focused, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using AI-backed legal tools.
• Licensed to practice in England & Wales or a comparable jurisdiction; 5+ years of relevant
