Sr. Program Manager, Business Systems & Tooling

📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between BS&T and stakeholder teams across lines of business.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scoped tasks with clear roadmaps.
• Maintain view of upcoming priorities and align with capacity and roadmap.
• Own intake and backlog processes to keep work visible.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product/technical program management or similar roles
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM systems (CPQ, enrichment, integration tooling)
• Experience in a complex, multi-product GTM environment integrating CRM and sales tech
• Ability to turn ambiguous requests into scoped, prioritized work
• Experience with vendor evaluation, procurement, or renewal processes is a plus
