• Answer inbound calls and assist customers over calls and chat.
• Provide consultative advice to help customers choose lenses.
• Stay connected with manager via virtual meetings and messaging.
• Maintain high performance metrics and focus on customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Inbound sales and contact center experience a plus.
• Private, quiet workspace with reliable internet (20 Mbps up, 10 Mbps down or better).
• Typing speed around 40 wpm and solid computer literacy.
• Must reside in approved states (Utah, Texas, North Carolina).
