📋 Description

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• End-to-end lifecycle: discovery to go-live support.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure payroll calculations, integrations, and data conversions are reliable.
• Support workshops, validation, and troubleshooting throughout delivery.
• Own complex payroll transformation projects in a consulting context.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of Oracle HCM experience with Payroll focus.
• Proven hands-on in 3 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• End-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll experience across lifecycle.
• Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, GL.
• Strong client-facing communication; remote engagements OK.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll certification a plus; US regs knowledge desirable.
