📋 Description

• Own end-to-end APAC partnerships: discovery to close and post-close activation
• Manage in-region relationships and convert warm introductions into opportunities
• Originate pipeline with APAC fintechs, exchanges, asset managers, protocols
• Provide local-hours coverage for APAC and represent Gauntlet regionally
• Navigate regional regulatory nuances (FSA, MAS) and structure compliant partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance (US)

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in partnerships/BD in APAC with fintech/exchange/asset manager network
• Track record selling technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Proven multi-stakeholder deals with regulated financial institutions
• Crypto/DeFi knowledge and APAC regulatory landscape (FSA, MAS)
• Senior Gauntlet presence in own timezone; autonomous work style
• Strong English; business fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin
