- Work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic
- Implement ABA therapy programs under supervision
- Support meaningful progress and skill-building
- Collect session data and follow behavior protocols
- Communicate progress with the clinical team
- Hands-on behavior technician role with supervision
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal transportation with reliable vehicle
- Well-organized, flexible, receptive to feedback
- Willingness to complete training for RBT role
- Interest in behavioral health and technician work
