📋 Description

• Head North America Professional Services with customer-centric vision
• Drive global services strategy for revenue growth and efficiency
• Lead executive relationships with Ataccama customers during pre- and post-sales
• Champion AI adoption and governance within the NA Professional Services team
• Oversee delivery, onboarding, program management, training, and resource management
• Scale operations with repeatable playbooks, packaged services, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Professional Services leadership (global teams)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to set vision, lead global teams, and drive performance
• Experience packaging services for repeatability and GTM alignment
• Strong collaboration with Partners, SIs, Sales, and GTM functions
• Excellent communication and financial management skills
