📋 Description

• Internal Coaching team focused on mindset and behaviour change
• 6-session coaching journeys delivered fortnightly over ~3 months
• 1:1 coaching with 60-minute sessions; ~60% of week on coaching
• Group coaching programs and leadership program contributions
• Coaches design resources, contribute expertise, attend meetings
• Coaching aimed at radical mindset transformation and lasting change

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience
• Formal, recognised coach training/accreditation (e.g., Meta-Coaching, Co-Active, etc.)
• Experience coaching individuals across different levels
• Deep transformational coaching capability and root-cause exploration
• Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies
