🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment
• Strong on-camera presence for frequent video interviews
• Excellent interpersonal skills to evaluate candidate fit
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple evaluations
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
