Outbound Financial Sales Representative

And we’re looking for an Outbound Financial Sales Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build and manage prospect lists focusing on construction, manufacturing, logistics, and other equipment-heavy businesses.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn touches) to nurture leads and develop relationships.
- Pre-qualify prospects by handling objections, educating them on financing products, and scheduling highly qualified meetings.
- Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.
- Track warm signals (like expansion plans or new contracts) and follow up strategically over weeks or months.
- Manage the sales cycle up to 60-80% of the funnel before passing the prospect to a closer for final negotiations.
Required Tools
- CRM system: Expert level required for pipeline management and tracking.
- LinkedIn: Advanced level for prospecting and relationship building.
- Email outreach platforms
- Sales intelligence/data enrichment tools
- Multi-channel sales engagement platforms
Qualifications:
- Expert/Native English
- Consultative sales experience
- Expert CRM & pipeline management
- Advanced LinkedIn & multi-channel outreach: Must be highly skilled at email and LinkedIn prospecting, not just phone dialing.
- Strong objection handling & pre-qualification: Must be able to educate prospects, handle objections, and schedule highly qualified meetings.
Technical Requirements:

- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20 hours per week, Part-time)
Location: 100% Remote
Salary Package: Up to ₱45K/month
