• Design workforce training initiatives across industries (healthcare, manufacturing, engineering).
• Manage projects, coordination, and events from concept to execution.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop B2B relationships and generate opportunities.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building with decision-makers.
• Ability to translate client needs into education/training/workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or related field.
