📋 Description

• Senior Lifecycle Specialist manages all employee exits for Remote’s external employees with focus
• Provides first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and
• Drives process improvements and initiatives within the Lifecycle team, aligning with company goals
• Role operates across multiple international jurisdictions and supports global employment compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical solutions in
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills to lead difficult
• Business-level English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
