📋 Description
- Coordinate complex national provider network initiatives from planning through execution.
- Connect network development, contracting, provider operations, analytics, and tech teams to keep
- Manage integrated workplans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple
- Provide executive visibility via reporting, leadership updates, and governance support.
- Translate complex program info into clear insights and actionable decisions for senior stakeholders.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, risk management, and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in PM, business, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years PM experience, 4+ years in provider network development/contracting/provider lifecycle
- Strong healthcare payer knowledge (Medicaid/Medicare).
- PMP or similar certification; PgMP preferred.
- Deep understanding of PM processes, Agile a plus.
