• The Placement Specialist manages end-to-end client engagement to convert prospects into clients.
• Owns the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.
• Collaborates with sales, talent, and operations for seamless process flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, AE, or client-facing roles (staffing/BPO/ MSP preferred)
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales
• Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and video presence
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to own processes from prep to close
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot a plus
