📋 Description

• Lead sensitive and complex workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
• Coach managers on performance, policy use, and risk.
• Partner with Legal and People BP to assess cases and actions.
• Support proactive team member relations programs.
• Apply employment policies across jurisdictions with regulatory awareness.
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in employee relations with complex investigations.
• US employment law knowledge (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC); other regions a plus.
• Experience in global, distributed organizations.
• Ability to adapt guidance to regulatory and cultural contexts.
• Strong influencing skills and stakeholder alignment without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear investigation reports.
