- Senior Mobility Specialist within Onboarding and Mobility team
- Manage cross-border employee transitions, immigration compliance, and relocation support
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize mobility processes
- Lead immigration case work and ensure SLA-aligned client communications
- Mentor Mobility Specialists and support training rollouts
- Drive internal documentation for new service offerings
🎯 Requirements
- An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
- Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments is a plus
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
