Senior Privacy and AI Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers and vendors.
• Develop and scale global privacy programs, incl. DPIAs and Records of Processing.
• Collaborate with product/engineering on privacy and data protection impacts.
• Monitor changes in privacy laws and AI regulations; support AI governance.
• Assist with AI governance controls, documentation, and processes.
• Partner with legal, product, and compliance on AI transparency and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection.
• Expertise in US and EU data protection law; familiarity with global frameworks.
• Strong drafting/negotiation skills for data privacy, AI, and security matters.
• Excellent collaboration across legal and business teams; detail‑oriented.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
