People Business Associate (Short-Term)

📋 Description

• Join Roblox's People Team to support HR business programs and data integrity.
• Assist managers with employee cases, accommodations, and reorganizations.
• Drive HR service delivery through data analysis and process design.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across People, Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with stakeholders clearly and empathetically.
• Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to identify trends and inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Preferred: experience supporting employees outside of the US.
