📋 Description

• Partner with US business leaders to align org priorities, team dynamics, and talent needs.
• Guide on org design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and senior leaders.
• Leverage people data to identify opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Collaborate with global People teams while adapting programs for US requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, esp. HRBP or similar.
• US employment practices and regs knowledge required.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth org preferred.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and senior-leader partnership skills.
• Experience with performance mgmt, talent reviews, org design, engagement, change mgmt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment, and discretion.
