🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years HR ops or service delivery experience.
• Global senior leadership experience (5+ years).
• Proven large-scale HR transformation leadership.
• Expertise in HR service delivery models and centers of excellence.
• Lean/Six Sigma, process mapping, data-driven improvement.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and AI-enabled delivery is preferred.
