📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers, subprocessors, service
• Develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs; prepare DPIAs and Records of Processing per
• Collaborate with product and engineering on privacy and data protection impacts for product
• Monitor changes in privacy laws and AI regulations; advise on AI-specific governance and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection.
• Proven expertise in U.S. and E.U. data protection law, with global compliance familiarity.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for data privacy, AI, and security matters.
• Strong collaboration across legal and business teams; detail-oriented and responsive.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and across product, legal, and security functions.
