📋 Description

• Contract analysis and quality checks
• Capture clauses under predefined fields
• Prepare contract templates (calibration)
• Work with contracts: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
• Train and oversee Contract Analysts
• Maintain QA and hand-offs for client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a Law Degree
• Legally eligible to work in the country
• 12+ months experience in document review or commercial contracts
• Exposure to commercial legal environment or professional services
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
