Customer Solution Architect — Arango AI Product Suite

📋 Description

• Own technical engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion.
• Lead discovery with executives and teams to map AI use cases to business outcomes.
• Design target architectures with multimodel data, graphs, and GraphRAG retrieval.
• Define success criteria, SLAs/SLOs, data access controls, and phased delivery plans.
• Build reference implementations for graph models, pipelines, APIs, and tooling.
• Guide secure production deployments with CI/CD and IaC practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical services.
• Deep expertise in graph data modeling, queries, and knowledge graphs; GraphRAG experience for LLMs.
• Strong Python and applied AI skills; solid systems design and concurrency knowledge.
• Experience with graph, NoSQL, KV, and document databases; multi-model db is a plus.
• Hands-on with modern LLMs and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.).
• Knowledge of retrieval/vector tech (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and hybrid retrieval.
