📋 Description

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies in the Middle East on AI governance, privacy
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil
• Monitor and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals.
• Support internal policy development across Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in public/private sector policy roles, AI/tech focus.
• Strong knowledge of regional AI policy landscape: governance, safety, copyright, privacy, data
• Proven track record designing and advocating policy outcomes and coalition building.
• Public policy experience across the UAE.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for briefing officials.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
